Ingredients for Your Vegan Fruit Pizza

- 1 cup organic coconut oil
- 1 1/4 cup organic coconut sugar
- Flax eggs – 2 tbsp organic ground flax seeds + 6 tbsp organic water (jk)
- 4 cups organic spelt flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Once the crust is made you have 2 amazing options for the frosting or pizza “sauce”
For the Vegan Chocolate Frosting:
- 1 cup organic cacao powder
- 1/2 water
- 1/2 organic coconut sugar
For the Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours and drained (or store-bought vegan cream cheese)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Let’s Get Cooking!
Making the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine your ground flax seeds and water then set aside to congeal into a thick eggy consistency
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar with a whisk
