Staring A Blog in 2023 – Friday Reflections Week 5
What’s happening? It’s another week on starting a blog, here’s the progress.
Am I still on track with blog posts this week?
Yes, sure am! This week I honestly did not struggle creating my posts and this is what I wrote about:
- How to make a quick an easy 100% Spelt Soda Bread – https://haipath.com/spelt-soda-bread/
- Should I Get A Credit Card For My Small Business? – https://haipath.com/should-i-get-a-credit-card-for-my-small-business/
I’ve heard from other Bloggers and Youtubers that 2 posts a day is a good number to stay consistent and manageable even with as a full time, homeschooling, working mom. I figured I’d give it a try and to my surprise, it definitely is manageable.
Favorite Book of The Week
The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides
I had this book for a while now, it was just sitting on my side table in my bedroom staring at me, luring me in to pick it up. Well I obliged. I started this book on Saturday and I could’ve probably finished it on Sunday but we did have to take care of some things so I wasn’t able to finish it until Thursday.
This book is captivating, a true engaging thriller that is full of mysteries and plots that just leads you on, pulling you to find out what’s next and figuring out the truth. The ending twist was well the wait. I tell you, if you love a good mysterious thriller, you need to pick this one up!
Alicia Berenson’s life is seemingly perfect. A famous painter married to an in-demand fashion photographer, she lives in a grand house with big windows overlooking a park in one of London’s most desirable areas. One evening her husband Gabriel returns home late from a fashion shoot, and Alicia shoots him five times in the face, and then never speaks another word.
Alicia’s refusal to talk, or give any kind of explanation, turns a domestic tragedy into something far grander, a mystery that captures the public imagination and casts Alicia into notoriety. The price of her art skyrockets, and she, the silent patient, is hidden away from the tabloids and spotlight at the Grove, a secure forensic unit in North London.
Theo Faber is a criminal psychotherapist who has waited a long time for the opportunity to work with Alicia. His determination to get her to talk and unravel the mystery of why she shot her husband takes him down a twisting path into his own motivations—a search for the truth that threatens to consume him….
Ugh! Doesn’t that lure you in or what! Grab this book now: https://amzn.to/4298cAX
