6-7 ripe bananas mashed
4 tbsp ground flax + 10 tbsp water
1 1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda (aluminum free)
2 1/2 cup spelt flour
Shredded coconut (optional)
Vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a small mixing bowl, mix up your flax eggs
- In a large mixing bowl, mash your ripe bananas
- Add coconut sugar and whisk together
- Combine your flax egg with the banana mixture, and whisk to combine
- Add 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar and mix to combine.
