I started this blogging journey because I wanted a space to write about homesteading, health, homeschooling and growing a small business on a broader spectrum.
This blog is an extension of our Youtube Channel and small business Eden Body Care as a place to share more knowledge on small business operations, tools and resources on homesteading and a more extensive look on healing from the inside.

Here are a few things we’re working on:

• We own and operate Eden Body Care, a goat milk soap company which we started in 2020. We currently have certain products at all Whole Foods Market stores in the Las Vegas area! We’ve grown organically through word of mouth, content creation, and recently Facebook marketing, and we know what it’s like to grind hard. We’re continuing to grow this small business because we are passionate about providing the best skincare and soap we can make for our customers and we truly care about educating them on every aspect of how to get the best skincare.
  
• Through my husband Trey’s health journey we’ve learned so much about our food system and how terrible the food is in our culture. And because of that, we’ve converted our family to a whole food plant based diet in 2022. We know this is the best option for us and have seen the true healing that can come out of switching to a plant based diet from personal experience. Of course we’re always learning about new herbs and ways to make different styles and types of plant based foods that are kid friendly and healthy. We love sharing our food adventures on our Youtube channel – The Hai Path so follow in our family ventures!
  
• Homesteading is also a huge part of our life, without it we would’ve never started our business and it will continue to be a part of our lifestyle no matter where we go. We are on a mission to grow our own food and share it with our community and we also share our homesteading journey on our Youtube Channel – The Hai Path.
