1 cup organic coconut sugar
2 cups plant based milk or water
4 tbsp oil (optional – hemp, coconut, grapeseed)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Prepare a skillet of choice, we like using our cast iron skillet and preheat on medium.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender
- Blend until just smooth. (Due to humidity levels of individual areas, adjust milk/water amount as needed)
- Add 2-3 tsp of oil to your skillet, we like grapeseed oil
- Pour pancake batter into skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on one side and flip, cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve with your favorite sweetener, we love date syrup, honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar, and enjoy!
