Ingredients:
12 cups of cooked chickpeas – we prefer to make our own
2 large tomatoes
1-2 large bunches of fresh parsley
2-3 lemons
1 red onion
3/4 cups of olive oil
Spices Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
3 tbsp Celtic sea salt
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp onion powder
Instructions:
- Add all your chickpeas to a large bowl
- Finely chop your parsley, fresh tomatoes, and red onion, and add them to the bowl
- Add your oil and lemon juice
- Add your spices and mix well
